History

2001

Dinumec was founded in a small warehouse measuring 120 square meters in Alcalá de Henares as a family business dedicated to the manufacture of parts such as pumping equipment, special machines, etc. for industrial sectors.

2004

As a result of rapid expansion and growth, Dinumec moved to larger and modern facilities and acquired its first CNC.

2007

Further expansion of the facilities and the acquisition of the first 5 axis machining centres.

2009

To improve customer service ISO 9001 quality certification was sought.

2010

ISO 9100 certification was obtained, meaning definitive consolidation in the aerospace sector.

2012

Dinumec moved to its current location with more than 1,200 square meters available for manufacturing. We expanded the machinery park with the most advanced 5 axis technology, as well as horizontal machining centres. The workforce was also increased.

Structure

TECHNICAL OFFICE

We have a team of qualified professionals to undertake programming tasks, mechanical design, technical consulting, etc.

QUALITY DEPARTMENT

We have the technical and human resources necessary to guarantee the final quality of our products. Our equipment includes three-dimensional measuring machines as well as all the necessary metrology instruments.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

We have manufacturing systems that allow us to deal with any type of part regardless of its complexity. These include:

- 3 and 5 axis machining centres.
- Horizontal machining centres.
- CNC and universal lathes.
- Wire cutting EDM machines.
- Die sinking and drilling EDM machines.
- Laser engraving.

Furthermore, we have a section dedicated to the management of cutting tools in order to optimise machinery running time.

Outlook

Our objectives for the future are focused on strengthening in the international market, incorporating new emerging technologies and increasing production capacity to meet the growing demand of the sector. We dedicate a percentage of our profits to achieving these goals.

Social Responsibility

Dinumec collaborates in different academic projects, something that demonstrates its social commitment to the formative development of future generations. These include:

MOTO-MAQLAB-UC3M Project

We sponsor the development of a racing motorbike, in collaboration with the Charles III University of Madrid, which competed in the MotoStudent IV and was awarded the prize for best design and manufacturing.

Conducting work placements

We collaborate with several secondary schools (IES Antonio Machado, Colegio Salesiano Santo Domingo Savio) so that students of their machining course can carry out the necessary work placements in our company.
